For the
Wine Pairing Dinner at North One Ten
Hello to Members & Friends!

Many of us already are enthusiastic patrons of North One Ten and fans of Chef Dewey LoSasso. Last summer, Chef was our host for the Wine & Storytelling Dinner, where it was deliciously clear that he's the genuine article, a chef whose cuisine and principles we are delighted to share! This summer, Janet Carabelli is organizing another seasonal dinner at North One Ten (110th and Biscayne) with wine pairings to complement each course, and we ask you to save Wednesday, July 18th for this exceptional experience.

Tickets will be priced at $65, of which $20 will be donated to Slow Food Miami projects, thanks to the generosity of our wine sponsors. The event will be limited to 45 participants. We will send you details about menu and wines in the coming weeks, and ask you to reserve and pay in advance. Besides benefiting the organization, you’ll enjoy quite a benefit yourself - as many of you know, a meal of this caliber including wines, tax and gratuity is a great value. You're sure to enjoy the company of a lively group of new and old friends, too.
