June Events Hi-Life Cafe

The date is Wednesday June 3rd starting at 6:30pm. Please see the menu below. We have added an extra course for this dinner as Chef Carlos just couldn't control himself. Once again, the wines are coming from our good friend Sue Hailey of the Stacole Wine Distributor and she will be on hand to give a little background on the wines. Also on hand will be Phillipe from the Wine Warehouse who will be able to offer great pricing on any of the wines that you may wish to purchase from this event at the retail level.
Finally the next cooking class will be on Wednesday June 17th from 6:00 - 7:30pm. We are doing an evening class this time for those of you who work during the day. There will be 3 recipes with tastings, wine pairings and teeshirts to boot. Cost is $40 per person. Both of these events filled up rather quickly last time and as always are offered on a first come basis. Feel free to email to chuck at hilifecafe.com for reservations.
