PECHA KUCHA NIGHT—Join The Wolfsonian for Pecha Kucha Night: Temperature Rising. Pecha Kucha, Japanese for "chit chat," is a creative networking forum for the presentation of innovative ideas, products, and projects. Carl Hildebrand, director of Green Building Initiatives at Metro 1 Properties in Wynwood co-hosts the event which includes presenters Chad Oppenheim, Graham Taylor, Miles Abalia, Alan Hughes, and many others. DECO & DESIGN TOUR—This two-hour adventure begins with a walking tour of the Art Deco District, then moves inside the museum to explore the exhibit Art and Design in the Modern Age: Selections from The Wolfsonian Collection. Limited to twenty participants. RSVP and advance ticket purchase required: 305.535.2644 or education @ thewolf.fiu.edu. Tour begins and ends at The Wolfsonian. $10 for members; $20 all others.
