Battle of the Chefs Summer Series

CHARLEE Homes for Children presents this monthly cooking competition featuring two of the best chefs in Coral Gables in a flavorful fight. The chefs, working only with sous chefs, will be given a bag of "mystery" ingredients from Fresh Market. They will then have merely five minutes to conceptualize their courses and one hour to produce as many dishes as possible. The culinary challenge is judged on taste, originality, and presentation. Admission is free but donations of $15 are suggested.
