WATERFRONT 1/1 for only $225K

I know, I know, the market sucks. What doesn't suck is I'm selling an everything brand new, sparkling waterfront 750sqft 1/1 condo for only $225K - or roughly the cost of 5 fully loaded BMW 328i's, 1,000 dinners at Prime 112, or 450 pairs of, say, Chloe shoes.

When I say "everything new", I mean it. New glass-cabinets kitchen, new stainless appliances, new slate bathroom, new high-end fixtures, new wood floors, new doors, new lighting, new paint, new A/C, new balcony decking, etc. The toilet's never been flushed, the fridge has never held a soda, and the Ralph Lauren Urban Loft series paint is so fresh, you'll be high as a ******* kite during the walkthrough. The place is full of sunlight and has tons of closet space, too.

The building is on a wide tree-lined street in North Miami overlooking the million dollar houses on Keystone Point Island. Basically at 135th & Biscayne, go east. The building has covered parking, a huge pool, a gym, community bathrooms & saunas, and a new lobby. Pets are not a problem. The neighborhood has a brand new drive-through Starbucks and Jamba Juice, and is about 3 minutes from a brand new Publix and Lime. It's 10 minutes to Bal Harbour Shops, the kayaks at Haulover Beach, I-95, Houston's, Mortons and PF Changs. It's 15 minutes to Aventura and Whole Foods.

If you or someone you're sleeping with is looking for a nice/clean/cool place to live - not to rent out or flip - you need to contact me at mrdirk@earthlink.net. Thanks!
