Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A
Description: Under the direction of the Director, FP&A, this position is responsible for leading & coordinating all financial planning and reporting efforts. This position works closely with the rest of the Finance team and operators to ensure that all FP&A requirements are met. In addition, the position will have opportunities to provide support to CFO & senior management.

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Lead & coordinate strategic and annual plan/ estimates (P&L, balance sheet, & cash flow)
* Manage all aspects of estimate consolidations
* Preparation of executive presentations
* Ensure accurate financial reporting & effective financial controllership
* Coordinate quarterly pacing and periodic Risk and Opportunities
* Variance analysis for estimates & quarterly closings
* Quarterly management reporting package and narrative
* Daypart/show profitability reporting quarterly
* Oversee headcount planning & reporting
* DR reporting & consolidation
* Special projects and Ad Hoc Analysis as required by management


Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 2 years financial planning and reporting
- Strong analytical skills
- Outstanding computer skills including extensive experience with Microsoft Office programs Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access (or comparable applications)
