SWAP APARTMENTS MIAMI VS. LONDON
I will be visiting Miami from Nov. 3rd to Nov 6th with my girl friend. In total I will be away from Nov 2. to Nov 18th. Therefore we are looking for someone who will be travelling in Europe at that same period so that we can swap apartments.
I can offer a beautiful 1 bed/ 1 bath in central London.
My flat is about 5 min walk away from Paddington Stn - which is very handy arriving with the Express from Heathrow. It is just a stone's throw away from Hyde Park and very close to major Tube lines. The neighbourhood is safe, clean and quiet. The flat is about 50 m2 on two levels. The entry hall is downstairs where you can leave coats, shoes, bikes etc. The rest is open plan with a separated bedroom and bathroom. The bed is not overly huge, but it sleeps two people comfortable. The bathroom has a combined shower/bath-tub. The windows are floor to ceiling sash doors which lead to a balcony and over stairs to a huge roof terrace. Unfortunately I don't have a TV and no Internet and it is a non-smoking place. The flat boast's some artwork on the walls as well. In a nutshell: it is just a great relaxing place in London with all needed amenities nearby.
I am a bond-trader at one of the major banks in the City. I am German, but I live in London since 2004. I will be travelling with my girl friend who is German as well. I am a tri-athlete and qualified for the world championships in 70.3 IronMan in Florida on Nov 10th. We will be travelling through NY as well, so you will see the same add for NYC.
