Director of Corporate Revenue Operations aka (Revenue Recognition) for Citrix Systems in Ft Lauderdale, FL

$140 - $175K Base salary + bonus and relocation assistance

9-12 years of progressive related work experience including:
*
Software company revenue recognition experience (specifically SOP 97-2 and related interpretations) in a large software company ($500M+) including transaction side (product launches, sales negotiations).
*
4+ years in “Big 4” public accounting experience with focus on SEC and Technology clients and supervisory/management positions (nice to have)
*
Responsible for the management, coordination and review of corporate revenue operations.
*
Responsible for the implementation, review and supervision of overall revenue accounting systems.
*
Responsible for technical guidance and support to geographic and product based divisions on application of revenue in accordance with US GAAP
*
Responsible for independently identifying and resolving accounting, process and system related issues that arise on a day to day basis related to the Company’s products, pricing, product roadmaps, revenue transactions and VSOE analysis.
*
Annual revenue in 2008 was $1.6 billion.
