JOB OPP:: WEST COAST MARKETING COMM MANAGER‏

Blue Casa Communications is a Silicon Valley, venture backed company
offering a tremendous opportunity for a smart, driven and innovative
individual. We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Manager
to join our team.

The Marketing Communications Manager creates, implements and oversees
communications programs that effectively describe and promote the
organization and its products including graphics, brochures, company or
product fact sheets, logos, or other promotional products to its
customers and potential consumers. Researches and develops content for
publication of products. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing
environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and
adjusts plans accordingly. Develops marketing and messaging
presentations and provides reports based on information collected such
as marketing trends, competition, new products and pricing. Conducts
market and consumer studies to determine advertising and competitor
information.

Responsibilities:

• Helps develop marketing processes and initiatives to deliver on the business objectives
• Ensures that established processes are communicated, understood and followed by key stakeholders.
• Creates and manages all communication for our customers and
potential consumers including, but not limited to bill messages,
correspondence, IVR and other digital and analog vehicles.
• Develops for each project a work-back scheduled, and manages execution and deliverables to timelines
• Manages Company brand consistency throughout the organization and across all customer and prospects contact points.
• Establishes and maintains processes to ensure effective and timely
development and execution of programs within defined budget
constraints.
• Manages execution details of marketing and promotion plans and
initiatives with visual merchandising and visual communications
partners
• Presents ROI-driven marketing strategies/ideas and execution details
to senior leadership, management, zone marketing directors and other
departments
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure marketing and
communication initiatives are aligned with the brand strategic
direction
• Manages relationships with external creative teams, agencies and
vendors to develop integrated customer communication materials
• Translates marketing material from English to Spanish and proofs Spanish material provided by external vendors
• Performs Spanish voice-overs for company’s IVR as well as other systems where required
• Updates and maintains an updated Customer Contact Map, to ensure consumer experience meets or exceeds agreed upon standards
• Prioritizes, creates and maintains a pipeline of Customer Contact
Points audits to ensure Brand, business and customer service goals
• Creates and maintains strategic marketing tools to use in the execution of initiatives at the market level
• Tracks marketing performance, gathers consumer insights (using
quantitative and qualitative research) and analyzes or evaluates
program effectiveness
• Shares findings with business units, and other departments and
integrates findings into future marketing activities and initiatives
• Manages Affiliate Marketing program
• Manages company partnerships with 3rd party vendors selling products and/or services
• Supports the development, implementation and management of event, sponsorships and promotional marketing activity
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements
• Marketing Communication strategic planning and execution (5 years)
• Relationship management with external agencies, vendors or business partners (3 years)
• Leading and facilitating cross-functional or organizational groups
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in both English and Spanish
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of direct or indirect retail or brand marketing
• Knowledge of marketing program development and implementation
• Direct Marketing Experience Preferred (Analog and Digital)
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
• BA required, Masters preferred
