Casting Call: Bravo okayed a seventh season of Top Chef for 2010 and also announced nationwide open calls for chefs to participate on the show starting October 18 in San Francisco. Other cities and dates include: Miami October 25; Chicago October 26; Washington, D.C. November 4; New York November 8; and Dallas November 11.
