Position: Director of Beverage Marketing
Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000
Location: Southeast US
Benefits: Comprehensive

Responsibilities:
· Assist with the implementation of structured planning and analytics within the beverage category
· Utilize demand information to develop and execute industry leading coffee program based on the needs of guests working with suppliers and internal departments
· Execute new strategies to grow a profitable category
· Collaborate and effectively communicate with all category managers
· Lead, mentor, and develop a staff of category managers and marketing professionals to become the best in class
Requirements:
· Must be able to document a successful track record of:
o Achievements in the core responsiblities of the role as described above
o Initiating and leading change in the face of resistance
o Advanced planning and execution of new programs
· Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 7 years of beverage experience
· Knowledge of beverage industry, deliverables and product management
· Must have management experience, be comfortable developing a team and working within a given budget
· Knowledge of analytical tools including Microsoft Office Suite preferred
