Director of Financial Reporting

Highly successful Fortune 500 Company in the financial services industry is in search of a strong CPA with solid SEC Reporting experience and above average leadership skills to manage the Financial Reporting team for this progressive organization.

The Director of Financial Reporting will be called upon to redefine the direction of the Financial Reporting Department, effectively lead a team of cross-functional accounting managers, and design and implement new processes to enhance GAAP and SEC reporting capabilities and the organization’s ability to review financial information.

Our ideal candidate will be a CPA with a mix of several years of Big 4 accounting and private company experience. The candidate will have a minimum of 2 years at the Director level, or be a Senior Manager ready to take on a directorship.

Compensation for this position is highly competitive (in the low six figures), and will include an above average package of benefits, which will include such progressive company perks as on-site gymnasium and child care facilities.
