Account and client personnel's primary contact, organize team members or outside contractors to handle all aspects and phases of client projects, develop, deliver and adhere account management to all scope of work documents and handle contract negotiation, job pricing and internal management of resources necessary for job completion. Increase account productivity and profitability, handle existing and new business presentations. Manage and deliver existing client project progress reports and effectiveness & productivity summaries to client and management. Educate and challenge team members, keep current on industry trends and work to achieve industry leadership status.
Assist in online media strategy development for top tier clients; Maintain responsive working relationship with client as well as with appropriate staff at client agencies and vendors; Manage the implementation, and optimization of campaign activities; Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process; Analyze research data and media/marketing information; issues and reports information to clients; Manage creative process with key stakeholders. Operate as liaison with agency's creative resources; Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance; assist in strategic analysis of campaigns; Develop, manage and execute strategic online media initiatives Insure timely creation and delivery of work to clients; Supervise development and implementation of targeted, innovative creative and media solutions consistent with agency strategic recommendation; Prepare and deliver presentations as necessary; Oversee metrics evaluation and optimization recommendations; Supervise negotiation and management of client budgets; Work closely with our partners offline team to drive truly integrated planning; Excel and maintain a working knowledge of online research tools and AdServers Nielsen, @Plan, Atlas, ComScore Media Metrix; Develop and maintain an understanding of online industry trends and metrics; Development and use of Powerpoint, as well as all MS Office tools; Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills; Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and organizational skills.

· Director of Project Manager
The Director of Project Management is responsible for ensuring that assigned projects are produced and delivered on schedule and within budget, and meet or exceed established quality standards. In addition to the development and growth of the project management team, the Director/manager is responsible for building and maintaining interdepartmental relationships and workflow management, schedule negotiations, and resource and management of assigned vendor relationships. The Director/Manager works closely with Account Directors, Account Managers, and the Creative and Production Leaders to assign, support, and schedule production team resources.
To be successful, the Director must be a natural leader, detail-oriented, a team player, a motivator, and highly resilient. They must also have a sense of humor, and be an outgoing, well-spoken, well-informed person with confidence and common sense and demonstrate a serious interest and awareness of trends, best practices, and technology and business applications on the Internet
Responsibilities Include:
Departmental Leadership
Maintains overall team productivity and quality
Defines and refines production processes and standards as necessary
Sets standards for effective management of project and program budgets
Identifies opportunities to create efficiencies and economies of scale for both clients and Clear Ink
Effectively balances client needs and priorities with Clear Ink's needs and priorities
Identifies additional revenue opportunities within existing client base
Provides a strategic focal point for interdepartmental action
