Barack Hussein Obama, we'll enjoy his favorite cuisine @ BENGAL -
Modern Indian Cuisine (2010 Biscayne Blvd)...okay, okay, I made that
up BUT who doesn't love Indian food!

Algonquin Dinner Menu:

STARTER options:
* * Chicken Kebab - boneless cubed chicken, marinated w/ indian
spices. roasted in tandoori oven.
* * Deshi Samosa - deep fried triangular parcels stuffed w/ mixed vegetables


MAIN COURSE options:
* * Madraj Spiced Lamb - tender lamb pieces cooked in a blend of
spices, fresh ginger & garlic, served w/ basmati rice.
* * Amreen Chicken Andoori - spring chicken marinated in traditional

yogurt & tandoori spices. roasted in clay oven.
* * Shobji Mix - sauteed mixed vegetables

DESSERT options:
* * Rasmalai - homemade cheese in reduced milk w/ almond & pistachio
* * Gulab Jamun - pastry w/ milk & honey, served in sugar syrup


CONDIMENT options:
* * Tamarind Chutney
* * Onion Chutney

INDIAN BREAD options:
* * Classic Naan - tandoori baked bread
* * Garlic Naan - garlic, coriander & herb bread

Indian restaurants are few and far between in our tropical metropolis,
so the opening of Bengal on Biscayne Blvd is an exciting development

for Miami curry junkies. The Bangladeshi owners have experience in the
restaurant business, having worked in Michael Schwartz's kitchen when
he was at Nemo. The two-story restaurant features floor-to-ceiling

windows facing the busy boulevard, tables clad in white linens,
wine-colored banquettes and flatscreen TVs that play Bollywood
musicals.

Rock the Night YOUR way is an evening of different genres of music
under one roof. There will be an acoustic guitar rock group, a house
dj and a hip hop group. With reservations there can be a pre fix menu

(tbd) and for every 9 people that 1 person brings...a complimentary
bottle of grey goose will be offered. Appetizers and cocktails are
complimentary from 8-9 and the valet parking is also complimentary.
there will be informal modeling from buffalo menswear and a woman's

fitness brand. The head of the Aventura city council will be in
attendence celebrating her birthday.
