Colicchio has parlayed his cooking prowess into a career as an entrepreneur and is now the owner of the Craft group of restaurants, with venues in New York City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and and other cities around around the country. The New York Times described the New York Craft restaurant as "a vision of food heaven."
The Adrienne Arsht Center's Celebrity Chef Series features enlightening interviews with renowned chefs who discuss their personal culinary journey and give a lively and informative cooking demonstration.
