Looking for Digital/Online Marketing Manager at Telemundo

Position: Manager, Digital Marketing

The Manager, Digital Marketing creates, executes, manages and tracks all Telemundo and mun2 digital marketing and advertising programs (including online and mobile) to increase branding, awareness, tune-in and site traffic.

• Oversees digital marketing initiatives from inception to post-program analysis, including: program conception, creative development, campaign tracking and creative testing, and program optimization
• Partners with other departments, including Creative Services, Digital media, Licensing and Merchandising, Sales marketing, Public Relations to develop digital marketing programs
• Works with Agency partners on Search Engine Marketing campaigns from strategy to execution. Collaborates with digital media department to support Search Engine Optimization.
• Creates effective SMS text message programs for TLMD and mun2.
• Responsible for email marketing tools including campaigns and database management.
• Stays current on all website content management, online marketing trends, industry developments and online and mobile technology, and uses this knowledge to make strategic recommendations about marketing programs.

Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field required
• Minimum 4 Years in online marketing management with strategic and execution experience required
• Strong knowledge of various digital media including Internet and mobile technology & best practices
• Written and spoken English/Spanish language skills required.
• Required proficiency in Windows Operating system, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, HTML

The Controller will oversee three Business Units. In this position, the Controller will:

Be top financial manager over three Business Units. Works as a business partner directly with the three Business Units General Managers
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the month end close, including preparation of journal entries, the Cognos Monthly Operating Report (MOR’s), additional supporting schedules, and key account analysis.
Preparation of the annual Budget.
Provide financial, administrative, and operational support, particularly in the areas of cost control and process improvement.
Work with Internal Audit to ensure that appropriate financial controls are in place and are in compliance with 404 SOX requirements.
Analyze product/job cost trends and determine potential issues and areas for improvement.

Requirements/Experience:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
Public accounting background, CPA and/or MBA a definite plus
Strong job-costing experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable
Solid computer skills, proficient in Excel
Strong work ethic
Highly responsive to internal and external customer requirements, with a high attention for detail
Must work well with others and be flexible in handling multiple tasks.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

What you will be doing:

- Assist IP Counsel with the procurement and maintenance of corporate patent portfolio
- Obtaining invention disclosures, drafting and prosecuting patent applications

- Review invention disclosure forms

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the lead execution banker for the structuring and execution of whole loan
purchases and securitization transactions in Latin America.
• Play a critical role in day-to-day transaction processes including modeling/analytics, legal, rating
agency, investor marketing and client coordination.
• Prepare internal and external documentation associated with whole loan purchases and securitization
transactions, including rating agency and bond insurer presentations, investment committee memos
and investor marketing materials.
• Develop solid understanding of (i) rating agency methodologies; (ii) legal considerations; (iii) tax,

• Work together with lead execution bankers in the new business origination process by identifying and

Excellent computer skills required, along with significant administrative experience or
some finance or operations experience. Degree in Finance/Accounting preferred. Spanish
fluency preferred. Position based in Miami.
