Position: Manager, Digital Marketing
The Manager, Digital Marketing creates, executes, manages and tracks all Telemundo and mun2 digital marketing and advertising programs (including online and mobile) to increase branding, awareness, tune-in and site traffic.
• Oversees digital marketing initiatives from inception to post-program analysis, including: program conception, creative development, campaign tracking and creative testing, and program optimization
• Partners with other departments, including Creative Services, Digital media, Licensing and Merchandising, Sales marketing, Public Relations to develop digital marketing programs
• Works with Agency partners on Search Engine Marketing campaigns from strategy to execution. Collaborates with digital media department to support Search Engine Optimization.
• Creates effective SMS text message programs for TLMD and mun2.
• Responsible for email marketing tools including campaigns and database management.
• Stays current on all website content management, online marketing trends, industry developments and online and mobile technology, and uses this knowledge to make strategic recommendations about marketing programs.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field required
• Minimum 4 Years in online marketing management with strategic and execution experience required
• Strong knowledge of various digital media including Internet and mobile technology & best practices
• Written and spoken English/Spanish language skills required.
• Required proficiency in Windows Operating system, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, HTML
