New restaurant- Dolores But you can call me lolita

Daily candy- Appetizers like the serrano ham croquettes and gazpacho (for which they’ll give you the recipe) are free with the purchase of an entree, including dishes such as scallops with mango puree and Kobe beef mini burgers. For dessert, don’t be afraid to dive into the Spanish-style creme brulee.

Located in a historic Brickell fire station — formerly Tim Hardaway’s Firehouse Four — the newly opened (and very affordable) Dolores is a dreamy space straight out of a Pottery Barn catalog: candles, matte silver accents, dishes stacked on exposed glass shelves, and billowing curtains.

Dolores but You Can Call Me Lolita, 1000 South Miami Avenue (305-403-3104).
