SVP Sales & Mktg needed for East Coast‏

We are conducting an executive search for the SVP of Sales & Marketing for an enterprise software company. The position can be headquartered anywhere on the East Coast. The company has already experienced success in a foreign market, but needs someone to build up a U.S. presence. Company has many top reference-able clients. They need someone that can be hands-on initially while building and running a national sales and marketing team. Need someone very entrepreneurial who has significant startup experience. Prefer someone with experience growing a company from under $5M to over $20M in the United States. Candidates must have extensive experience selling enterprise software to Fortune 1000.

Company is already generating revenues, but needs someone to take it to the next level in the States. CEO’s last 3 ventures were extremely successful with exit strategies in the 100’s of millions. This is an excellent opportunity to get into an early stage company, build their U.S. presence from scratch and make a lot of money while still having the upside of significant stock options.

Please let me know if you know someone that would be a good match for this opportunity. Whenever you refer someone to us that we place, we will send you a check for $1000 as a Referral Bonus. Please make sure the person you refer mentions your name so you can get credit for the referral. Or send me the person's contact info and we will contact the person directly. (Phone number and email address preferred.) We also have several other executive positions open with other clients, so please check out the list on our website: www.matchstar.com.
