1. Tonight, Project Sunshine’s Red Party at the Catalina Hotel. 8-11 PM, with after party at SET. Open bar, food, DJ Mednas from Pacha Marrakesh, and all monies raised will go to Project Sunshine. The Catalina Hotel is located at 1732 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139 Tickets are $30 in advance and $40 at the door. Tickets can be purchased www.projectsunshine.kintera.org/redparty. 2. Tomorrow night, there is a cocktail reception benefitting the Caribbean Heart Menders, www.caribbeanheartmenders.com at SET nightclub. The reception starts at 10:00 pm. There will be complementary cocktails until midnight. The requested donation to attend is $20.00. Caribbean Heart Menders provides life-saving surgery for children in need as well as helps train medical professionals and develop local hospitals to be able to treat patients on their own. 3. Monday night, it is the Algonquin’ annual holiday soiree at Sky Bar (Red Room & Garden). It is free to attend and there is an open bar from 8:00 – 9:30 pm. Please RSVP by Monday afternoon to Kristin at thefirmmiami.com

4. Next Saturday night, is Friends of the NWS’ Live at the Lincoln. The evening begins with your red carpet arrival to kick off a glamorous night, old Hollywood style! You are welcomed into the lobby of the Lincoln Theatre for mingling and cocktails, champagne, wine, combining to create a mood of class and elegance. Then we move into the concert hall, where a select group of 30 NWS Fellows take the stage with a distinctive combination of musical pieces. Their set will span different genres such as jazz, funk, and rock, all with a classical spin and a romantic vibe. After their performance, its back out to the lobby for a dashing party, with exciting visual elements keeping us stimulated and memorable music keeping us on our feet. Please note the dress code is Red Carpet Glamour. You must be a member of Friends to attend this event. Membership is $250 for you and a guest for 12 months.
