2009 Careers in Communications Expo

Subject: Ad2 Miami hosts the 2009 Careers in Communications Expo

Attention: Mass Communications Professionals
On Tuesday, April 7th, 2009, Ad2 Miami will host the 2009 Careers in Communications Expo at the Miami Art Museum to bring together students and employers within the industry. Our goal is to educate advertising and communications students by introducing them to the people and philosophies behind various local agencies. We look forward to demonstrating creative work and/or any informational materials pertinent to local agencies and firms. Designed as a tradeshow, students will have the opportunity to learn about and engage with your company and a multitude of other local agencies. This is an interactive opportunity for students and professionals to meet and “pave the path” after graduation, for the future of our industry. Moreover, it is a chance to find an intern who will work in exchange for school credits and experience. Ad2 Miami invites you to register and be a part of this educational and fun event. Your participation at the fair will consist of the following:ü Attendance on April 7th, 2009 from 1 pm-5pm ü Supplying business collateral on your agency for distribution to students (i.e. Brochures, pamphlets, handouts, logo merchandise)ü Showcasing your company’s past or present work (campaigns, phi
lanthropy, or events)ü Sharing your insight into the local field for advertising and marketing students that will soon be graduating Our Careers in Communication Expo will promote the growth of the advertising and communications industry as a whole here in our local community benefiting all involved. Be a part of AdFed and Ad2 Miami’s commitment to education. Share your knowledge, expertise, and achievements with South Florida students. Come meet your future! Simply fill out the registration form attached and Email it or Fax it back before Tuesday, March 10th . If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.
