Villa Information
At a landscape of hills that surrounds the pretty harbour of Sivota we have just built two identical villas each with their own private pools, situated in an estate of approximately 8000 m2 that includes a private forestry land. The views are unique, unobstructed and breathtaking, since both villas are built on a cliff and at a distance of 100m from the sea and cover the tip of Lefkada and beyond to Ithaca and Kefalonia and the smaller offshore islands at the sea in front. These views can be enjoyed from multiple locations, like the terrace connecting the two villas, the infinity swimming pools and surrounding sitting areas, the living rooms, the master bedrooms and balconies.
The villas lay very close to Sivota harbour, at a walking distance of less than a 1km.
Each villa is approximately 105 m2 and consists of a modern house of 2 floors, built of local stone, bricks, wooden pergolas & traditional ceramic roof. The interior design is minimal & furnished on modern country-style. The top floor has a twin & a double bedroom w/shower room en suite, leading to private balcony & pergola. The main level that is connecting with the top floor through a wooden internal staircase consists of a long open-plan living room w/integral kitchen, a dinning table, WC & a fireplace. The living room is surrounded by wide-open wooden double glassed windows that lead to the infinity swimming pool which is 5.5m x 10m, and a large outside sitting area surrounding the pool. This area is furnished for outdoor living and entertaining and also commands superb views.
The villas are connected between them with a big terrace offering a vast playground and spectacular views
Finally, the villas are extremely luxurious built with great design and state of the art materials, equipment, kitchen appliances, furniture and accessories.
They have redundant central heating systems with additional solar cells, security and fire alarms, full air-conditioning and built in reservoir water tanks.
They are completely independent and private from the other and can be used comfortably at all seasons.

SIVOTA or SYVOTA, is a picturesque natural port, favorite with the boating set
Nestled in a picturesque wooded valley Sivota has a small scruffy pebble beach at the end of the harbor and is much quieter by day than at night when the sailing set comes out to play.
The resort boasts a number of fish tavernas to satisfy the needs of the yachting set - most of them lining the long quayside on the west side of the bay.

- Windsurfing: Vassiliki in the south is rated as a world-class windsurfing centre
- Paragliding: Take off from the hill of Kathisma for an exhilarating flight and landing on the beach below
- Scuba Diving: Nidri and Vassiliki
• Hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts will enjoy the scenery at Syvros, with its lovely natural springs and waterfalls
