Position – Account Executive
Reporting to – Associate Publisher
Position - Full time
Compensation - Base + comission
Description:
- Generating advertising pages and revenue (local, national and international)
- Prospecting, developing and growing new accounts
- Meeting or exceeding forecasted advertising sales by maximizing sales opportunities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Understanding client business needs and marketing objectives
- Preparing summary activity reports
- Producing marketing and added value ideas
- Attend weekly sales meeting
- Travel to client offices for business meetings
Requirements
- Experience in magazine publishing industry and promoting publishing titles
- Multi-task ability with good prioritization, time management and organizational skills
- Strong sales closing ability
- Independent, motivated self starter
- Must posses reliable transportation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Bilingual both English-Spanish.
