VP PeopleSoft NEEDED‏

We are conducting the executive search for a VP with experience overseeing Technical Support Consultants in a PeopleSoft practice. (Title depends upon experience.) This position can be located anywhere in the United States. This is a key hire. CEO is willing and able to put together the right package for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to get in early at a successful company that is positioned for a very big and profitable exit. The CEO's last venture was extremely successful with an exit strategy in the 100's of millions. CEO invested a lot of his own money and has only taken money from private investors. Company is only 2 years old and is doing extremely well. It has over 50 employees and it is on target to do $10M in revenues (strong recurring stream of revenues). LOCATION: This position can be located anywhere in the United States. Relocation is not required. Candidates must be comfortable working remotely. 10-15% travel required, mostly domestic. COMPENSATION: CEO is willing and able to put together the right package for the right candidate. The compensation package will include a base salary, bonus plan, and stock options. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: -- Must have someone with recent and significant experience overseeing Technical Support Consultants in a PeopleSoft practice. -- Must be capable of building and managing a team of senior level technical consultants, strong functional consultants, project managers, Q&A engineers, development engineers, and other managers and directors. Need to hire people with a broad skill set and technical depth, who are also passionate with a client centric focus and can function well autonomously. -- Must have 10+ years working functional/technical knowledge of PeopleSoft applications in particular: HCM and/or FSCM. Any experience with CRM, EPM, or Student Admin/Campus Solutions would be a plus. -- Must have strong client relationship and account management skills. -- Prefer someone with past PeopleSoft certification accomplishments or any other technical certification accomplishments. -- Prefer someone with experience growing a global consulting organization into new foreign markets. -- Prefer someone with experience establishing partnerships with other vendors and/or consulting organizations.
