SUMMER SHORTS, AMERICA’S SHORT PLAY FESTIVAL

Carnival Studio Theater

America’s Short Play Festival returns to the Adrienne Arsht Center’s Carnival Studio Theater with a sizzling mix of "short" one-act plays from the nation's hottest talents. Summer Shorts is now available in 3 cool styles: Signature Shorts (running through June 22), the signature series of hilarious comedies and heartfelt dramas, presented in two alternating programs, A & B, that put City Theatre's "shorts" on the map; Shorts 4 Kids (June 12 - 21), a furiously fast and fun event for families featuring a mix of hilarious comedies and exciting plays, along with an activity book for kids to pen their own "shorts"; and Undershorts (June 12 - 21) a completely new, late night series of short edgy plays that are provocative, hilarious and irreverent.

GO, DIEGO, GO LIVE!

The popular Nick Jr. show starring Diego swings into action in a co-presentation with Broadway Across America-Miami. GO, DIEGO, GO LIVE! The Great Jaguar Rescue is offered for five performances on June 14 and 15. Diego, along with his sister Alicia and cousin Dora the Explorer, star in an interactive family show featuring life-sized puppets, live performers and colorful Broadway sets. The audience joins Diego on an action-packed special mission to find Baby Jaguar and get to the Animale Carnivale while rescuing animals and navigating through the rainforest along the way.

SLAVA’S SNOWSHOW
