Unreasonable Doubt
&
When the Sun Shone Brighter

Unreasonable Doubt by Michael McKeever will be read at 3 p.m. Unable to touch the man who savagely murdered his daughter, Ty Bosworth does the next best thing: He kidnaps the lawyer who put the killer on the street. Revenge, redemption and blind justice all intersect in McKeever's thought-provoking drama.

When the Sun Shone Brighter by Christopher Demos-Brown will be presented at 7 p.m. In this new drama, Brown examines a political candidate's struggle between ambition and truth against the backdrop of the first terror attacks on U.S.-- not 9/11, but the Cuban-exile bombing campaign of the 1970s and 80s. This is a fascinating episode in American history that is virtually unknown outside of South Florida but is directly relevant to events that are shaping our political landscape today.

Share your thoughts about the play with the director and
the authors in a post-reading discussion led by industry professionals.
Please come and lend your opinion about these new works.
