Salsa Yuca Algonquin Dinner tonight

Hey fellow Algonquiners!

Well as most of you already know, I am back in Miami since my Atlanta, GA hiatus and finally ready to host an Algonquin dinner after so many years!! I am hoping to see many of the Algonquin newbies and oldies at Monday's Dinner. After being away for so long, you really appreciate what Miami has to offer. Therefore, this week we are doing our FIRST EVER SALSA ALGONQUIN DINNER EVENT!
And no…not salsa and chips. Salsa Mia Salsa instructors will be giving us a free sample class of Salsa Rueda at Yucca Lounge before dinner Monday night. This is very beginner/basic and FUN, so no experience necessary! For those of you who have always wanted to try it out, but kept putting it off...now is your chance! So put on your dancing shoes and see you there!

7:30PM – 45 minute Salsa Mia Beginner Salsa Class – www.salsamia.com

Fresh Picked Farmer's Greens Tossed with a Very Caribbean Guava Vinaigrette and Farmer's Cheese.

TASAJO
A Yuca Original. Ripe Sweet Plantains Wrapped around a Savory Cured Beef Filling. Served with an Herbal Salsa Verde and Cool Sour Cream.


Entrees

CHURRASCO
A Latin favorite! Grilled marinated skirt steak on garlic mashed potato with Pico de Gallo and jalapeño Chimichurri.

POLLO CRIOLLO
Semi Boneless Half Chicken, Marinated in a Tropical Citrus Juices and Grilled. Served with a Citrus Vinaigrette on Fufu with Plantain Chips and Avocados.

GRILLED CHILEAN SALMON
Grilled fillet of Chilean salmon served with japonica black rice and a light mango mustard sauce. Finished with a garlic-tomato Concasse

RAVIOLI YUCALOTI
Our Homemade Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli with a Cream of Black Bean, and Infused with Goat Cheese.


Desserts

TRES LECHES DE CHOCOLATE
Chocolate sponge cake soaked in three milks, finished with a decadent chocolate mousse. Definitely a chocolate lover's dream!!

NIGHT AND DAY FLAN DUET
Traditional vanilla flan paired with chocolate Gran Marnier flan.
