A Seductive Circus
SPIEGELWORLD is coming to SoBe

Gazillionaire at Raleigh Penthouse.

The circus is coming! But leave the kids at home. Decadent, raunchy and sure to be entertaining, SPIEGELWORLD’s Absinthe will arrive on December 20th complete with erotic contortionists, the Gazzilionaire, burlesque style variety acts and the world’s coolest big top. Actually, it’s more of small top. The intimate spiegeltent (tent of mirrors) is in the round with unobstructed views, parquet floors, stained cut glass, teak, mirrors and billowing velvet and brocade.

SPIEGELWORLD will make its way to SoBe via the NYC where it has enjoyed two successful seasons at the South Street Seaport. The Miami Beach season of Absinthe will feature strange and sultry acts with deliciously seductive men and women who, with great humor and appeal, will perform amazing feats of strength, balance, danger and unfathomable flexibility.

Absinthe will be directed by Wayne Harrison, former Sydney Theatre Company Artistic Director and “Tap Dogs” Creative Director, and will bring patrons back to early 20th century Europe. Having spent the last twelve months literally scouring the world to find the most unique fringe and fair ground attractions, the Miami Beach season of Absinthe is destined to take variety to sexy new heights.

In conjunction with its producers, Ross Mollison and Vallejo Gantner, SPIEGELWORLD will be presented by the Raleigh hotel, which will operate the onsite Green Room Restaurant where patrons can drink and dine prior to the show. The event will also be sponsored by American Express and the City of Miami Beach.

SPIEGELWORLD will take place at Miami Beach’s Collins Park, 23rd Street and Collins Avenue, where the container exhibitions are presented during Art Basel. A great line up of bands, musicians and other theatrical events will also be announced shortly.

Tickets are now available at Ticketmaster.com. Group sales can be accommodated by calling 646-536-8130. Further information is available online at spiegelworld.com.
