On behalf of the Miami Wine & Food Festival Committee, I invite you to join us tomorrow, February 10th, for a Preview Event of the Miami Wine & Food Festival. This event will be held at Smith & Wollensky, and will serve as the unveiling of their new second floor deck overlooking the harbor.

Thanks to the generosity and support of individuals who love good food, good wine and doing good, the Miami Wine and Food Festival has generated millions of dollars for our community.

This year, the Fourteenth Annual Miami Wine & Food Festival will take place at The Village of Merrick Park and the JW Marriott on Thursday, April 23rd through Saturday, April 25th 2009 to benefit Camillus House and United Way of Miami-Dade. This weekend of events has become the most successful charity wine and food event in one of the largest wine markets in the country. Last year, the event raised more than $900,000 for its two charity partners.

- A world-class Wine Tasting evening
- An entertaining Interactive Dinner under the instruction of local Celebrity Chef Michael Schwartz (owner of Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink Restaurant in Miami’s Design District) and his nationally renowned Executive Pastry Chef, Hedy Goldsmith
- The Great South Florida Fine Wine and Live Auction offering rare wine, exotic travel packages and so much more.
