Special Event: JEFF MCINNIS, "TOP CHEF SEASON 5" HOSTS CHEF¹S NIGHT, FEB. 21

Jeff McInnis, chef de cuisine at the DiLido Beach Club / Ritz Carlton South Beach and current chef’testant on “Top Chef” will bring fellow chefs, Hosea Rosenberg, Leah Cohen, Melissa Harrison and Jamie Lauren to South Beach, February 21, 2009. The dynamic team will showcase their exceptional culinary talents for a special food and wine event at the Pelican Hotel penthouse.

The intimate penthouse setting, encompassing the entire top floor with an ocean view terrace and city view terrace, will feature open bar with Master Mixologists creating specialty drinks from Don Q Rum, Russian Standard Vodka, Right Gin and Tequila Ocho. Each chef will host a separate food station with menu items such as Lamb Merguez Sausage with spicy Harissa; Seafood Display with beer poached shrimp and chilled crab claws; Artichoke Manchego Croquettes with black truffle; Lobster and Pork Belly Shumai; and Almond Gazpacho with smoked paprika oil and clams.
