Tips from Bruce Wilk
Run for the health of your knees. The latest research has shown that runners have less knee arthritis than non-runners such as athletes who participate in soccer. Running is actually good for your knees and the old adage of "use it or lose it holds true." So keep on running!

ODD COUPLE STARS IN LAUGH IN PEACE TOUR
Sunday, September 13 at 3 p.m.
What happens when you have one Muslim and one Jew share a stage? You get the Laugh In Peace Tour starring comedians Rabbi Bob Alper and Mo Amer, who use the universal language of humor to take the audience on a hysterically funny journey. The rabbi, who recently performed at the Canadian 2009 Muslimfest, describes his act as kosher but not preachy and declares that he is, " the world's only practicing clergyman doing stand-up comedy - intentionally." The sharp-witted Mo Amer completes the team and gives full credit to Allah for "making me funny." See this unlikely multicultural match at the Alper JCC for $20 advance tickets or $25 at the door.
