POSITION: SeniorAccount Supervisor, Hispanic PR
LOCATION: Los Angeles
REPORTS TO: Director

The Senior Account Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts, including work delegation and development of team members. The Supervisor also plays a key role in developing and carrying out initiatives for clients and is the point person for the client.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities of the ideal candidate:
• A bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, PR or Marketing
• At least five years of public relations and account management experience, with at least half in the Hispanic market
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Solid project mgmt skills; ability to develop and monitor work plans
• Strong presentation/selling skills
• Team leader; ability to lead, develop and motivate staff
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish
• Contacts and experience pitching Hispanic media in the U.S.

Responsibilities include:
• Build and supervise account teams
• Draft strategic plans with budgets and timelines
• Supervise Hispanic PR campaigns and projects
• Provide coaching and support for campaign spokespersons
• Build client-agency relationships and serve as day-to-day client contact
• Work cooperatively with agency partners
• Schedule and, when appropriate, moderate client, account team and agency meetings
• Respond effectively to client concerns and account challenges
• Evaluate account activities and accomplishments regularly
• Draft updates and results reports
• Manage account budgets
• Meet internal and external deadlines
• Help grow existing accounts and develop new business, including contribute to proposals and participate in presentations
Director of Marketing and Channel Development

Reports to: President
Location: Ft. Worth, TX

Can you develop and execute marketing strategies that drive client acquisition and revenue growth from current and new vertical markets? Are you experienced in marketing an organization internally and externally to raise brand awareness, and promote increased business growth by identifying new vertical markets to penetrate? Also, can you identify potential customers, with their respective market share and penetration, as well as determine potential revenue streams and profitability for logistics and value added services from new vertical markets?

We are a proven market leader in outsourced logistics and electronics repair services for the wireless and high-tech industries, and we are recruiting for a Director of Marketing and Channel Development who can develop, implement and manage my client’s marketing strategy from a business, sales, and technical perspective. In fact, we deliver third party logistics (3PL) and supply chain services, while specializing in forward logistics, reverse logistics, asset recovery, test & repair, kitting & packaging and value-added services for high-value, serialized devices in the wireless, broadband and medical industries.

Job Description
• Develop strategic plans for new vertical market penetration that includes SWOT analyses, potential customers and competitors, legal requirements, potential revenues and profits, etc.
• Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to identify and design solutions for targeted markets
• Document Channel Development processes; continual refinement with experiential data
• Collaborate with key personnel to translate new vertical market initiatives into channel specific marketing activities
• Form and maintain strategic partnerships for co-marketing opportunities; Work with Operations to identify and qualify potential partners
• Develop Strategic plan, budget, and forecast for sales and marketing
• Create and execute marketing and PR plan
• Enhance company web site
• Market research and competitive analysis
• New Product development and launch design; Trade show strategy and execution
• Build the lead generation and qualification process; Ensure compliance with corporate image and identity, guidelines, company policy and procedures
• Direction and development for direct reports
• Direction to approved outside agencies
• Communication and planning with customers, vendors and executive management
• Contribute to company overall strategies and goals, training program, succession planning, staff career path planning, policies, and procedures.

Job Qualifications:
• BA or equivalent in – related field – Marketing, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain
• 10+ years marketing experience with heavy customer contact in the third party logistics industry
• Experience with electronic/high tech, wireless, medical device/health care industries preferred
• Development of new marketing materials to include industry specific pieces
• Self managed
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Supervision – 3 to 5 direct reports
• Proficiency in analysis and problem solving
• High degree of computer literacy
• Communication – High degree of proficiency verbal and written
• English fluency
