While I am traveling I am subletting a furnished one bedroom condo with direct water views at The Yacht Club Portofino building in the South of Fifth area. The condo is private, clean, nicely furnished and fully equipped. Each room and the balcony have direct bay water views over Miami Beach Marina, Fisher Island and Downtown Sunset Views (see attached pics).
The apartment is available four weeks from 2/19-3/17 for just $3,000 including utilities. The apartment has a queen size bed and a queen sofa bed so it can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Washer and dryer are in the unit and the apt comes with a beach cruiser bicycle.
This is a full service doorman building with swimming pool, hot tub, tennis, BBQ area, valet parking, gym and is located South of Fifth -- quick walking distance to nice places to eat and of course the beach.

Come down on weekends or stay for the entire month!
