My daughter Natalia's 1/1 apartment will be available for rent on March 1st. She's had tenants in it for over a year but they are leaving Miami.

She gutted the place and redid everything - floors, closets, AC,bathroom and kitchen - two years ago. It has polished concrete floors,tumbled marble bathroom, custom cabinets, limestone kitchen counterswith subway tile back splash, new stainless steel appliances, gas range,washer/dryer in unit - the works. Plus it has a private garden so itfeels like a townhouse. Total living square footage with garden is morethan 1000 sf. Location couldn't be better - on South Bayshore acrossfrom Monty's in Coconut Grove. The building has a recently renovatedpool deck that faces S. Bayshore, with gated guest parking at streetlevel. It has a private tenants- only gated entry on Tigertail.
