This is a very comprehensive lesson, as you will learn the history, different types of rice used, the proper technique in cooking, and then you'll make three different kinds. Come and learn the latest craze in fitness! This class will introduce you to the basics of Pole Dancing. It starts with a warm up consisting of pilates, a bit of yoga, ballet, and other dance techniques. Then you'll learn how to use the pole, while strengthening your legs and core muscles.
