Job Description

A fast growing Health Care Technology company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CONSULTATIVE SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL with an emphasis on group sales. The appropriate candidate will have experience selling into large corporations, groups, broker/consultants, self insured companies, and associations, national and regional insurance carriers, TPAs and the federal government.

We're looking for a sales professional with a consistent track record of setting and achieving goals, and proven problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

The individual will work closely with management to contact via email and phone pre-qualified Member-Based-Groups/ Employers/ Third Party Administrators/ benefit providers/ complimentary health services companies/ Potential resellers/ potential Bundlers and other strategic relationships, present the benefits of our product line, prepare and make presentations to Groups, Employers, Associations, Third Party Administrators, Benefit Managers, and Brokers/Consultants. Compensation will include competitive base plus performance bonus and the position will include an extensive benefits package including fully paid medical, dental, vision, great offices, parking, food plan and more.

Requirements/Experience:

* Minimum 5-7 Years of corporate telephone sales experience required;
* Position is 90% telephone sales with pre-qualified clients
* Bachelors Degree
* Ability to establish rapport via e-mail and phone conversations
* Experience in sales of health care products or services a plus
* Strong negotiating skills
* Identify new prospects for growth and expansion of member based services
* Perform duties according to company policy with latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
* Outstanding written communication skills
* Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
* Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, self-directed, and able to effectively and efficiently multi-task
* Familiarity health care industry a plus;
