Capponi Hosts His 36th Birthday Party with a 1940's Themed Celebration in Airport Terminal and on the Runway; No Gifts, Just Checks to Benefit United Way, American Cancer Society, Best Buddies and Others
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Michael Capponi, hospitality entrepreneur and real estate developer, and Capponi Building Company will unveil their commissioned renovation of the Main Terminal at Miami Executive Airport during a lavish “Aviator” party on Saturday, April 12, 2008 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

The evening will celebrate Michael’s 36th birthday and Capponi Building Company’s commitment to building and designing a new airport terminal. In lieu of gifts, giving stations at the main entrance will be hosted by representatives from United Way, American Cancer Society, Best Buddies, Make-a-Wish Foundation, American Red Cross, Miami Rescue Mission and Bay Point Schools. All donations are welcome and go directly to the charities.
In addition to the unique style of gift giving, Michael Capponi is expecting more than 1500 V.I.P guests from all over the world to join him for his birthday celebration. The mandatory costumes will reflect the 1940’s era of glamour and swing dance. World-renowned orchestra leader Alex Donner will kick off the night with a major big band. In addition, private jet owners will be able to arrive by air and utilize their planes as their personal V.I.P. rooms (Reservations and accommodations for this service can be arranged with Miami Executive Aviation Airport by calling Elizabeth at (305) 537-9204.) The backdrop of the party will encompass a museum of old World War II planes. Miami Executive Aviation CEO Fabio Alexander is extremely excited about the new terminal and the expansion of the airport. He believes it will drastically improve business.
The event is sponsored by the Capponi Group, Grey Goose Vodka, Miami Executive Aviation and the Opium Group. It will also be the season finale for Wilhelmina models. Special guest performers will include 1940’s style hostesses, models and dance troops.

OMG. I thought this was an exclusive invite only event but now all the riff raff and alcoholic feeloaders are gonna find out. Im so sick of awsome bashes being invaded by old geezers in ponytails and hair up to the butt who want to be in the IN crowd but have no money to buy their own drinks. Jesus, now the invite open bar parties have become declasse instead of exclusive. Does anyone know if there is a PR list where people can submt nmes of those who need to be bannished from the Miami nightlife?
