Unique networking event for charity - sponsor needed
Team up with Dave and Buster's (Hollywood) and Hollywood's local community newspaper (circ. 30,000) to sponsor a monthly charity event that I created to raise awareness for local charities, called "Parties with a Purpose."
We're looking for one sponsor to povide a "big-ticket" item for a raffle during the event.
D&B provides all food, 1/2 price drinks, game cards, free shuffleboard, billiards and a HUGE space.
Charity provides the staffing for the event, gets new contacts for their database and raises money with a raffle.
Hollywood Gazette provides 1/2 page ad each month, publicity and event management.
We need 1 additional sponsor to provide a 3-day getaway, cruise, art, jewelry, or some other "fabulous prize" for the next NINE months (starting in May) so that the charity can really make some money on the raffle.
We rotate charities so that a different one gets the exposure each month - next month is Kids in Distress. Save Darfur, Art & Culture Center of Hollywood, Family for Humanity and many others on the lineup for the year.
Sponsor will have their logo in monthly ad, signage at the monthly event at D&B and will be mentioned in any press.
