Meat Market Steakhouse Opens
Finding tasty beefcake can be hard. But Meat Market, the steakhouse opening tomorrow on Lincoln Road, has everything you want.
It’s big: The 4,000-square-foot space formerly occupied by Pacific Time seats 180 (not counting the outdoor lounge).
Into leather: Buttery banquettes and bar seats offset pale woods, brick, and amber lighting.
Raw: The crudo bar has South Florida stone crabs, oysters, ceviches, and tiraditos.
Touchy: Owners chef Sean Brasel and David Tornek are formerly of celebrity-magnet Touch.
Beefy: Steaks come in three tiers (simple, ultra-premium/reserve, house specialty), wood-grilled or broiled at 1,200 degrees in an infrared oven.
You can get a little somethin’ on the side: truffled cream corn, sweet potato fries with honey crème fraiche, brown butter popovers, gouda tater tots.
Get lucky: Receive a free glass of bubbly when you mention DailyCandy this Saturday or Sunday.
Satisfied?
