OCTOBER 29, 2008, MIAMI, FL—This fall, food and wine aficionados of the South Florida community are invited to experience the ultimate in dining indulgences—an intimate evening of food, wine, and the personal attention of one Miami’s top-rated chefs. Beginning this Thursday, October 30, 2008, at 8 p.m., Atrio Executive Chef Michael Gilligan introduces Chef’s Table Thursdays, a progressive five-course tasting menu presented personally by Chef Gilligan.

Chef’s Table Thursdays offers a unique opportunity to relax and indulge as Gilligan presents his award-winning cuisine in an intimate and inviting atmosphere. Priced at $60 per person and $85 with wine pairings, exclusive of tax and gratuity, new innovative dishes will be beautifully prepared each week from the freshest ingredients available and hand-selected by the chef.

With only ten seats available each week, Chef’s Table Thursdays will be served in the intimate setting of The Wine Attic, a private wine tasting room accessible through the Conrad Miami’s signature restaurant, Atrio. With its large wooden table and floor-to-ceiling walls of wine on display, Chef’s Table Thursdays presents the perfect setting for a exceptional dining experience, whether for a small group, or mingling among friends and fellow food enthusiasts.
Prices for the Chef’s Table are $60 per person for a five course progressive tasting menu and $85 with wine pairings. Only ten reservations will be accepted each week and must be made by 3pm every Thursday. For reservations or more information, please call 305.503.6529.
Atrio at Level 25 is located at the Conrad Miami, 1395 Brickell Avenue. Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. and until 11:00 a.m. on the weekend. Sunday Brunch is served every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Lunch is offered from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.; Dinner is served from 6:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., Sunday through Thursday and until 11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Valet parking is available.
