Come and learn the latest craze in fitness! This class will introduce you to the basics of Pole
Dancing. It starts with a warm up consisting of pilates, a bit of yoga, ballet, and other dance
techniques. Then you'll learn how to use the pole, while strengthening your legs and core
muscles. A great way to have fun, get some exercise, and learn some sexy moves at the
same time! PLEASE NOTE, THIS CLASS WILL BE LIMITED IN
PARTICIPANT SIZE SO SIGN UP QUICKLY! WE ALSO NEED TO KNOW AND HAVE PAYMENT BY SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 9TH IF YOU ARE ARE GOING TO BE PARTICIPATING.

Where: Pole Fitness Studio, Above Energy Fitness Studio, Purdy Ave in South Beach.
Tickets: $50 for a 90 minute intro class.

LEARN HOW TO MAKE RISOTTO
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 13TH, 2008. 6:30PM -8:30PM
Looking for a great way to impress your Valentine this year? Learn how to make risotto in
this class taught by Chef Sabrina Mancin with Bocatto. This is a very comprehensive lesson,
as you will learn the history, different types of rice used, the proper technique in cooking, and
then you'll make three different kinds. A tasting of your efforts concludes the class, complete
with a delicious dessert. Your sweetheart will be very impressed, indeed! PLEASE SIGN UP BY NOON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 12TH FOR THIS CLASS.

BRUNCH ON ROYAL CARIBBEAN'S FREEDOM OF THE SEAS.
SUNDAY, MARCH 2ND, 2008 AT 11AM.
Grab some friends and join us for a relaxing Sunday morning brunch on board one of the
largest cruise ships that dock in Miami, Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas. Enjoy the
view of downtown, South Beach, and the Port of Miami as you get a small cruise experience
without all the hassles of a trip! Freedom of the Seas is Royal Caribbean's largest and most
unbelievable ship. Admission includes wine. All participants MUST sign up by
February 14th for security reasons! NO EXCEPTIONS.

Parking: At the port, look for Royal Caribbean. Parking is approximately $7, so carpooling
is suggested, if possible.
