With D’Vine Divas It’s All About the Gals






If there’s one thing we’re sure of, it’s that Divas will always attract attention, which is probably why the 2008 Food Network South Beach Wine and Food Festival’s highly anticipated D’Vine Divas evening continues to excite interest. Featuring the creative output of famed women chefs and vintners, and celebrating extraordinary women in the industry, the dinner will wow patrons in the elegant setting of the stately and historic Biltmore Hotel.

A newly released “sneak peek” at the menu reveals several exotic entrees that will make selecting one truly difficult: Citrus-marinated Albacore Tuna with Fennel and Picholine Olives by chef Traci Des Jardins; Crayfish Étouffée with Creole Eggplant Timbale by Chef Susan Spicer; Braised Veal Cheeks with Spring Vegetables, Risotto Carbonara and Black Truffle Butter by Chef Suzanne Goin; and “Yellow, White, Green, Black” by Chef Elizabeth Falkner.

It all happens on Thursday, Feb. 21 between 7PM and 11PM in the Country Club Ballroom at the Biltmore Hotel, located at 1200 Anastasia Avenue, in Coral Gables.
