Open Position: Sr VP Finance
Reports to: CFO
Location: Miami
Environment: Growing company with worldwide operations
Responsible for: All Budgeting, Forecasting, Strategy and Look Forward, M&A, Investor Relations, Treasury, and interfacing with Wall Street, the BOD, and Shareholders
Required: Big 4 public accounting and Corporate Finance. They would like someone who has been there and done that with maturity and desire to assume CFO responsibilities when necessary.
Growth: Long-term move into CFO role as CFO takes on broader responsibilities within the company.
Compensation: Competitive base + Bonus + Equity (restricted stock)
The position is open because former Sr VP took a CFO role with another company
