Guest Speaker: Paul H. Stebbins, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Stebbins has served as a director since 1995. A graduate of Georgetown University, Mr. Stebbins started his career in public policy in the energy sector. In 1981 he became involved in private business where he was introduced to the marine fuel industry. In 1985 he and his partner, Michael Kasbar, co-founded Trans-Tec Services, a global marine fuel services company acquired by World Fuel in 1995. Prior to being named Chairman of World Fuel, Mr. Stebbins served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2000-2002 and President of the Marine segment and Executive Vice President of the parent company from 1995-2000.
