Strategic Planning Manager, $75-80k plus bonus

We are looking for someone with sophisticated financial analysis and planning skills to lead the strategic planning, analysis and financial planning areas of a very well known and respected children’s organization. The position is located in downtown Miami and has a broad range of responsibilities including creating a strategic planning process, creating all financial reports, creating a balanced scorecard for all service providers, identify service and financial gaps, identify more efficient delivery and service systems, ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements, Project Management, Reports and relationship with the Board, community and vendor relations. We are looking for someone who is: very bright, articulate, committed to the community and the welfare of children, outgoing, engaging, great at building and maintaining relationships, competent, multitasking, a self starter, excellent analytical skills, excellent project management skills, excellent financial skills, adaptive and able to change directions due to changes in the external environment, someone who takes ownership, someone who takes responsibility and runs with it, someone who is easy to get along with, someone who has a great balanced perspective on life and work. Normal hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. MBA or other advanced finance degrees or certifications preferred, looking for excellent financial analysis and financial planning skills. The position reports to the Head of Strategy. We are looking to hire ASAP. Position is open due to rapid growth.
