TRIATHLON TRAINING PROGRAM

Join us twice per week for triathlon coaching from our certified and insured instructors and follow our training plan to reach the highest level of multisport enlightenment.

Training program begins: July 18th, 2009 at 7:00am

We’ll be training for the Miami Nice Triathlon on Key Biscayne, October 18th 2009 (miaminicetri.com)

Race distances: Sprint Tri- Swim 750 meters, Bike 12.4 miles Run 3.1 miles
Olympic Tri- Swim 1500 meters, Bike 24.8 miles, Run 6.2 miles

Each participant will receive:
Periodized Training Schedule for goal races to include all swimming, cycling and running workouts
Weekly training sessions with Coach Teri Velardi
Triathlon specific strength training program
