We are currently searching for a Regional Sales Manager for our client a national Commercial Real Estate Lending company.
The Regional Manager will be based in the greater Miami area and will manage an outbound sales team in South Florida. They will have will have hiring and firing authority and will be directly involved with teams on a daily basis.
This person will manage, coach, and provide further training to lead these sales teams to success. They will be required to travel about 30% - 40% of the time throughout the territory developing their staff, territory includes West Palm Beach/Naples to South Miami and the Keys.
The ideal candidate will have At least 10 years of either business banking or commercial real estate lending experience.
At least 5 years of sales management with multiple teams across a region is expected.
• Strong Lending background is required.
• Candidate must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem solving and decision making skills are also required.
• Ability to travel in regional market approximately 50% of the time.
• Commercial mortgage experience is required.
**NO RELOCATION PROVIDED**
Salary Range is $100-$110K depending on experience, plus override commission.
