FremantleMedia is looking for a young and energetic professional to assist in Sales and Business Development for its Latin American Licensing division. Must be completely fluent in Spanish and English, and have business experience in Portuguese. Must have experience working in the Latin American Region and US Hispanic Market. Main markets are Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and US Hispanic. Must have understanding of Licensing business and experience pitching to product managers and advertising agencies.

Key Responsabilities

To Co-ordinate travel, market schedules and any other related SA duties.
To research available materials and circulate to clients.
Data management and Database management to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Client liaison on contract and material progress to fulfil deal and acts as first point of contact.
Prepares deal memo and follows approval process.
Organising and co-ordinating invoices.Co-ordination of formats for rights clearance, trademark registration, production updates, flying producers and contracts.
