Chef Roberto Ferrer, of Cohiba Brasserie, has created a menu that reveals the timeless mystique of avocados, the depth of their flavor and silky creaminess of texture. You will be surprised by it’s culinary value. The dinner will feature delicious organic wines from Bonterra in California, paired with the exotic menu. We wish to thank the generosity of Bonterra Wines and Wilson Daniels Ltd.

Refreshing; fruity and creamy and nutty; like a creamy, unripe melon are tasting notes about the Wilson Popenoe Avocado upon its nomination to the Ark, an international catalog of foods in danger of extinction . Only the tastiest of endangered foods makes it onto the Ark with the goal of cultivating consumer demand—the key to agricultural conservation.
