We are actively seeking a Director of Business Analytics for a Business Unit based out of Seal Beach, CA. This is a highly dynamic leadership position. Consumer goods BU/Brand P&S Analytics background is a must.

- Deliver consistent and accurate business decision support, controls and insightful analysis in order to drive excellence in CBU (Client Business Unit) execution.
duties and responsibilities
· Command and instill a value creation mindset throughout Distributor and Bacardi Analytics team
· Build upon monthly analysis provided with a focus on future opportunities by identifying business variances and performance
· Analyze monthly report of distributor profitability & pricing working to identify potential opportunities for value creation
· Examine and identify resource allocation opportunities
· Lead the integration and planning between Bacardi & Distributor financial management, evaluation and reporting to ensure A & P effectiveness & efficiency
· Plan for synergistic financial reporting and ROI between Distributor & CBU
· Identify gaps and develop processes to support value creation
· Lead the Business Plan process for CBU
· Elevate the standards and expectations for A&P effectiveness and efficiencies including ROI for Bacardi & Distributor
· Coordinate Quarterly program and sales driver evaluation (KPI’s)
· Monthly Budget & Financial Analysis of results
· Support monthly Distributor & Brand Business Reviews
· Proactively identify strategic opportunities & risks in collaboration with stakeholders to accelerate growth
· Monthly market analysis and assessment of competitors and market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation
· Drive market intelligence into the business plan process and how we go to market at the local market level
· Feed local market programs to the Shared Services Center with an eye on sharing of Best Practices
minimum requirements
· Strong analytical thinking.
· Superior technical skills.
· Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
· Ability to interact with senior and executive level management.
· Bachelors degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
· Three to five years previous experience; beverage alcohol experience a plus.
· Experience in an analytical role.
